The best lockdown golf drill for your swing

Now if you're lucky enough to have your own Explanar Swing Trainer, the best drill I can give you to keep your game and swing ticking over is the “Y” shape exercise. – Just using the power roller, the arms and the shoulders to make a simple “Y” shape movement. Just work the shoulders and arms and back and forwards to about shoulder height.

That ignition of the left shoulder starting the backswing is so important, whether you're Tiger Woods or a weekend warrior.
